Terms and disclaimers

Independent public-data alerts, not bid advice.

No government affiliation

Florida GovCon Radar is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SAM.gov, GSA, USAspending.gov, the State of Florida, or any public agency.

Informational only

Alerts, videos, summaries, dashboards, and emails are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, procurement, financial, accounting, bonding, insurance, or bid-submission advice. You are responsible for verifying every deadline, attachment, scope item, eligibility requirement, set-aside, and submission instruction on the official notice before taking action.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that an opportunity is a good fit, that you are eligible, that an alert is complete, that a deadline has not changed, or that you will win or receive any contract. Public opportunity data can change quickly and may contain errors, omissions, amendments, or canceled notices.

Public-data policy

The service is designed to use public sources, public APIs, official feeds, and manually reviewed public records. It must not use sensitive, FOUO, CUI, login-restricted, illegally scraped, copyrighted, or platform terms-violating data for public alerts.

Paid plans and referrals

Paid plans cover filtering, summarization, alert delivery, and manual review time. If Florida GovCon Radar receives compensation from a sponsor, referral partner, consultant, vendor, or affiliate, that relationship should be disclosed clearly near the recommendation or promotion.

Refunds and cancellation

Paid alerts are subscription information services. Customers may cancel future billing at any time. Past monthly charges are generally non-refundable once alerts or manual review time are delivered, except for billing errors or failure to provide the purchased service. Any Stripe checkout page or service agreement should match the plan actually being sold.

Email and outreach

Marketing emails should use accurate sender information, honest subject lines, a physical mailing address, and a working opt-out method. You can opt out at /unsubscribe or by replying "unsubscribe" to an email.
